Born and raised in Indiana, Nicholas and Lindsay are a husband and wife team with a love for all things vintage. The Hoosier Vintage is a family business, started in 2020. The two decided to mesh an entrepreneurial spirit with their love for all things vintage and have loved every minute of the business since.

The Hoosier Vintage is an online and brick-and-mortar shop, specializing in unique home items. With the two having varying tastes, they specialize in just picking what they love.

Nick has a fondness for mid-century modern and fell in love with clean lines during his days in architecture school. A lover of antique toys, his first vintage purchase was an antique cap gun when he was 13.

Lindsay remembers her first antique purchase was a handkerchief when she was 9 to add to her collection given to her by her Great Grandmother. She’s always loved post-war kitchen items and hand embroidered linens. She comes from a long line of ladies who decorated their homes in the best way possible with what they had around.

The two have created a fun life with their two children within the walls of their 1895 Queen Anne Revival home, affectionately nicknamed “The Manor”. When they aren’t renovating something there you’ll probably find them at their turn of the century lake house, named by their son “The Cozy Cottage”.

The family loves pickin’, travelling, and playing board games together. The family practices good-old fashioned ideas including loving on everyone, homemade desserts, over the top holiday traditions, sunday dinners, and sleeping soundly after a hard-day’s work.
